Starto is one of many premium bundles from Maool.

You can sign up just by visiting Register on Maool. You will automatically get a Free Lifetime plan. We don’t collect your credit card until you’ve determined Maool is the right product for you. You can stick to a FREE subscription plan or upgrade anytime to Pro or Agency plans for more opportunities.

Yes, You can switch to a new plan at any time by going to the Account Setting and Billing Tab in your account. Select the plan you’d like to switch to and immediately start using new features.

The free version contains access to a limited amount of Maool features. Also, Free version email exports can’t be used for commercial purposes either your own business or your clients. You can read more about this on a License Page. The paid version has access to Premium Email Bundles with Maool Editor Premium Features.

Yes, there are limits to the number of exported emails from Maool. Different plans have different export limits.

Sure, we can offer a refund if you can provide proof that Maool doesn’t work. We decided to offer a free version for anyone to test our features and code out before purchasing Maool.

Starto Email Bundle and Staro Ecommerce are both different from each other.

The Starto Email Bundle comes with 70+ HTML email templates. You can get access to Starto once you purchase any of the Pro or Agency plans of Maool Email Editor.

Starto Ecommerce was created specifically for e-commerce stores such as Shopify and Woocommerce. Start-Shopify is a Shopify Compatible Transaction Email Template for usage on the Shopify Store. Woocommerce Compatible Transaction Email Templates are available from Start-Woocommerce for usage on the Woocommerce Store.

Starto-Shopify and Starto-Woocommerce each have their one-time fees and are not included with the Maool Subscription Plan.

When you subscribe to any of the Pro or Agency plans, you have access to all of the Premium Email Bundles, including the Starto Email Bundle. Maool provides a large number of premium email bundles and is regularly releasing new premium email bundles.

The Pro license allows you to create as many emails as you want, but for only one brand. If you’d like to create emails for many brands, we recommend that you upgrade to the Agency plan.

Yes, of course! We have a lot more email bundles of different categories in our roadmap, and we welcome any suggestions for the types of templates you’d like to see in our updates – feel free to leave you here.

All Licenses are issued for a term for a calendar month/year from the date of purchase. If you decide to discontinue payments, access to the Maool Editor will no longer be possible, and any support from Maool regarding Maool Editor and templates will not be available. After license cancellation, you still can use the emails that were generated within the License Term.

We are using the secure and widespread payment processor Paddle. Paddle currently supports credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.

Yes, you can earn 25% of Maools Price if you bring us a new customer. You can register for Maool affiliate program here. Our affiliate program is managed by our payment partner Paddle. We review every application and once yours is approved, we’ll send you an email that includes banners and your affiliate links.

Yes, it will be charged at the beginning of each billing period until you cancel your subscription.

There are no time limits to use your FREE subscription plan so you can use it as long as it fits your needs.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. To perform this action, go to Account Settings and click on Billing. You need to click the “Cancel Subscription” button and it’s all done.

Maool plans are paid monthly or yearly. We make it simple to start — and stop — your service at any time.

Once your subscription period is expired, you will lose access to the Maool premium features and customer support. After subscription expiry, You will not be able to use the emails that were generated from Premium Templates. Renewing your subscription will give you access to all of the premium features once again.

We have one-click export to ESPs using which you can send the template to your favorite esp with just one click. Currently, we support one-click export to Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor, Sendinblue, Activecampaign, Hubspot, Sendgrid, Mailgun, Aweber, Mailjet, Sparkpost. We are working on adding new esp integrations. If your esp currently doesn’t have one-click export you don’t have to worry about it as we have HTML export. You can use HTML exported file on your esp. What kind of support does Maool provide? We offer email support to all our users. Paid users get Live chat plus email support. Agency subscription user gets support on a high priority.
